Dance Classes
Come take dance classes for FREE for a full 24 hours, dance experience is not required. There will be a variety of dance styles including salsa, contemporary, ballet, hip hop, tap, and musical theater dance. If you don't feel up to the challenge come for only part of the event.
Bake Sale
New this year we will also be having a bake sale running during the entire event. If you are interested in bringing something sign up here:
Art Raffle
Also new this year we will be having an art raffle. There will be numerous dance inspired pieces that you can enter to win.
Funds
For the third annual 24 hours of dance, we will be fundraising for DaySpring Arts and Education's Dance Program and Performing Arts Program. The money will go to our yearly ballets/musicals/dramas, costumes, and facilities. However the main purpose of this event is to have the dance community to come together and to persevere and achieve a goal: Dancing for 24 hours.

About
DaySpring is home to nearly 800 students with a structured multi-disciplinary arts program that emphasizes the importance of technical excellence and character training. Our program has expanded to include several departments which include Performing Arts (musical theatre, drama, circus arts and technical theatre), Dance (ballet, tap, jazz & modern), Music (private lessons and classes), Art, Homeschool Enrichment and The Academy, a non traditional academic program in a university model format. DaySpring Arts & Education is an independent non profit organization. We are governed by a board of directors, and a wonderful administrative staff serves us professionally.
